Every outfit is a personalized design to match your unique personality and to match every little detail you wish to be part of the outcome.
As our outfits are made to order, we do not offer exchange or return.
However, if there is anything wrong, do let us know so that we can assist you. This includes exceptional cases such as:
If you receive merchandise that is damaged or defective.
ALTERATION POLICY
We offer alterations free of cost for the first year of your purchase.
Post one year, it’s chargeable.
After one year has passed since the day of your purchase, any changes to the design will be charged.
In the case of international orders, the delivery to & from India needs to be borne by the customer.
Shipments and deliveries costs will be on the client’s expenses.
In the case of domestic orders, you can ship them to us at your own cost & we will send them back free of cost.
